Who's behind this

17 years of proof. One founder.

Janicka A. Arthur has spent 17 years teaching movement to adults who said they couldn’t dance, and proving them wrong. Over 1,000 students later, she founded Art of VIII School of Dance in 2020 as Dallas’s only adult-exclusive studio.

Now she’s bringing that methodology directly to organizations, as a Goldman Sachs 10KSB Scholar with a validated growth plan and a corporate wellness model built for the modern workforce.
